The refrigerated buffet bar SB40F is provided with 2 sides’ access and also a drop down shelf on each open side. This refrigerated salad’bar has a capacity of 4/1GN containers for self-service use in restaurants, hotels, local communities and hospitality. It optimizes the presentation and keeps at right temperature (+ 2 / + 10 ° C) your cold starters, salads, desserts etc.
The cold conduction in the buffet is provided by a pin in contact with the stainless steel plate.
No more manual defrosting: the evaporator tube is protected from the air! Automatic defrosting of the refrigerated buffet occurs every 2 hours thanks to the electronic thermostat.
