The combined gas pastry oven Tecnoeka MKF 664 G TS of the Millennial Cooking series is designed for the preparation of a wide variety of dishes: meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables, side dishes and confectionery in catering establishments and production facilities.

The device is equipped with a touch-sensitive display with the ability to operate in 42 languages.

Airflowlogic technology: special fan grid shape, smooth air flow in the chamber, new chamber geometry and adjustment option

Humilogic technology: the fan has built-in spray nozzles, thanks to which water droplets are sprayed into microscopic particles, and the centrifugal rotation of the fan distributes the particles evenly throughout the chamber
