The gas grill PSR400GE has a 10mm thick enamelled steel plate, which is highly rated for grilling food, it is widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
The PSR400GE gas grill allows you to cook a wide variety of products at an even temperature, is equipped with piezo ignition and adjustment knob, 1 cooking zone.
After 7-8 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface thanks to the gas burner. These star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the steel plate, thanks to the power of the burner, the gas grill PSR400GE ensures uniform cooking without heat loss to the edges.This enamel coating facilitates the use and cleaning of the device: it is possible to use metal paddles without changing the plate.
It is possible to grill all kinds of meat, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions, as well as fried eggs, omelettes.
The PSR400GE offers unparalleled safety, equipped with three safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and disconnection, it is possible to cool the still hot grill surface with cold water or a few ice cubes.
