The PSF600E electric grill has a large cast iron plate, which is highly appreciated for frying food and is still widely used by lovers of traditional cooking in ordinary restaurants.
After 15-20 minutes of preheating, the cast iron plate reaches a uniform temperature across the entire cooking surface, thanks to 2 Incoloy heating elements, which allows you to cook various products evenly.
The two oil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the cast iron plate. Each heating element under the cast iron plate has a power of 3 kW, i.e. a total of 6 kW. Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the PSF600E electric grill ensures uniform cooking without heat loss at the edges.
On this professional grill, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
Thanks to the independent control of both cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, meat can be grilled at 200°C on one side and vegetables can be stewed at 160°C on the other.
Juices and fat are drained into a fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel drip tray is dishwasher safe.
After intensive use and after removing the professional griddle, the still hot cooking plate can be cooled with cold water or a few ice cubes.
