The PSR600EE electric grill has a 10mm thick enamelled steel plate that is highly rated for grilling food and is widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
After less than 7-8 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating elements, which allows you to cook a variety of products evenly.
Each heating element under the enamel plate has a power of 3 kW, that is, a total of 6 kW.Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the PSR600EE ensures uniform cooking without heat loss at the edges.
On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
Thanks to the independent control of the two cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, you can grill meat at 200°C on one side and stew vegetables at 160°C on the other side.
Enamel coating makes it very easy to use and clean: it is possible to use metal blades without changing the plate.
Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
