The electric grill surface PSR600E has a 10 mm thick decarbonised steel plate, which is highly rated for frying food products and is widely used in traditional catering and food- trucks.
After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches a uniform temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating element, which allows for uniform cooking of various products.
On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelets.
Thanks to the independent control of the two cooking zones, you can change and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, you can grill meat at 200°C on one side and stew vegetables at 160°C on the other side.
Juices and fats are drained into the fully removable drawer.
The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
