The WDL100 heated display case can be easily installed on table tops in coffee bars, bakeries or tea rooms. Its very compact size allows it to be placed on worktops in catering establishments and restaurants.
The heated display case is often used as a "croissant warmer" for breakfast or midday snacks. It keeps pastries, delicatessens, snacks, individually served quiche pieces or pizza slices warm (20°C - 90°C).
The water drawer allows you to adjust the humidity of the display case, so that sweet pastries and delicatessens are moist and tasty.
This compact display case can accommodate 2 Gastronorm trays GN 1/1, thanks to its 2 levels.
The professional display case WDL100 is very easy to use and clean.
All front and rear doors are liftable, which makes it easier to take products and serve guests. Therefore, the counter display case can be used for self-service purposes.
The locking system can be used to block the openings on the consumer side if the waiter wants to serve the customer directly.
